High School: A 2008 graduate of Germantown High School (Germantown, Wis.)... lettered in track & field and gymnastics four times each, three times in cross country and once in swimming & diving... captained the track team in 2006, the cross country team in 2007 and the gymnastics team in 2008... three-time state runner-up, including 2007 cross country, 2007 1600m outdoor track and 2006 3200m outdoor track... on the track, won the 800m and 1600m conference titles in 2006 both indoors and outdoors... captured 800m, 1600m and 3200m sectional titles in 2006 before taking runner-up in the 3200m at the state meet... state runner-up in the 1600m run in 2007... finished fourth in the state at 3200m and eighth at 1600m as a senior... in cross country, was the 2005 conference champion before taking runner-up honors her last two years... sectional champion in 2007 before finishing second at the state meet... combined to earn six all-state honors (three in each sport) and was a four-time team MVP... holds school records on the track in the 800m (2:18.84), 1600m (4:57.91) and 3200m (11:08.22)... also school record holder in the 4k cross country race (14:46)... earned the Academic All-State Team honor in 2007.
