2025-26 (Junior, Cal Poly)

  • Became only the second First-Team All-American in the men's 1,500 in Cal Poly history and the first since Danny Aldridge in 1979.
  • Finished seventh nationally in 3:38.06, earning First-Team All-America honors.
  • At NCAAs in Eugene, advanced through the semifinal to the 1,500-meter national final.
  • Advanced through the NCAA West Preliminary in the 1,500, placing fourth in his quarterfinal heat to earn his first NCAA Outdoor Championships berth.
  • At the 2026 Franson Last Chance, he broke the Cal Poly and Big West 1,500-meter record, clocking in at 3:35.13 to dethrone Cal Poly’s Davis Bove (3:35.35) and the Big West record of 3:36.00, set by Steve Scott in 1978, a 48-year record.
  • In December 2025, he shattered Cal Poly's indoor 5,000 school record with a time of 13:35.05 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener.

2024-25 (Sophomore, Cal Poly)

  • Qualified for the 2025 USA Track & Field Championships after clocking a 3:35.65 in the 1500m at the Stumptown Twilight, the second-fastest mark in Cal Poly history and just 0.30 seconds shy of the school record.
  • Qualified for his second consecutive NCAA West Preliminary in the 1500m, entering the meet seeded 10th in the West Region.
  • Became a three-time All-Big West honoree after placing second in the 5000m (14:35.38) and third in the 1500m (3:41.50) at the Big West Championships, scoring 14 points to help Cal Poly repeat as men's team champion. His 1,500 time also broke the previous Big West meet record.
  • Won the 1,500 at the Franson Last Chance Invite in 3:37.94, then the third-fastest time in Cal Poly history.
  • Ran 13:44.89 in the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, the second-fastest outdoor 5,000 time in Cal Poly history and the program's fastest since 2005, in essentially his first competitive race at the distance.

2023-24 (Freshman, Cal Poly)

  • Ran 3:44.43 in the 1,500 at the Fresno State Invitational, finishing third.
  • Dropped that to 3:41.69 at the Oxy Invitational, which was then the sixth-fastest 1,500 in Cal Poly history and ranked No. 28 in the West Region at the time.
  • At the Big West Championships, scored 10 points toward Cal Poly's team championship by placing third in the 1500m and fifth in the 5000m.
  • Finished his freshman season at the USATF U20 Championships, taking fifth in the 1,500 (3:48.26) at Hayward Field.
