2020-21 Outdoor
- Set a personal best 4:43.14 in the 1,500m at the Willie Williams Classic/Dave Murray Distance Carnival.
- Opened her season with a personal best 4:51.40 in the 1,500m at the GCU Invitational.
2020-21 Cross Country
- Clocked a season best 21:20.6 in the 6K at the PAC-12 Cross Country Championships.

2019-20 Indoor
- Clocked a 5:20.80-mile time in her indoor debut at the NAU Friday Night Duals.
- Concluded her first indoor season with a persona best 3,000-meter time of 9:44.94 at the MPSF Championships to finish 25th.
- Made her collegiate debut with a personal best 16:11.5 in the 2.7 mile at the Cactus Open.
- Ran a personal best 21:14.6 in the 6K at the Pac-12 Championships to earn her a spot at the NCAA West Regional Championships.
High School
- Scored three WIAA state titles as a senior at Northwest Christian, winning the 800, 1,600 and 3,000-meters.
- Finished fourth at the Brooks PR Invitational in the mile with a personal best of 4:59.9.
