Prior to ASU (Cal Poly)
Junior (2025-26, Cal Poly)
- Earned her first career All-Big West honor after placing third in the 10,000m at the Big West Championships, helping Cal Poly sweep the top five places in the event and score 33 team points in the 10,000m.
- Ran a personal-best 17:05.67 in the 5,000 at the Aztec Distance Carnival on March 13, placing eighth in the event.
- Competed at the NCAA West Cross Country Regional on Nov. 14, placing 157th in 22:22.1 in the 6K as Cal Poly finished eighth as a team.
- Placed 13th at the Big West Cross Country Championships on Oct. 31, running 21:49.5 in the 6K as Cal Poly captured its fourth consecutive women's conference championship.
- Finished 144th in 21:29.3 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals on Oct. 17 in Columbia, Missouri.
- Placed 106th in 22:09.4 at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational in Chicago on Oct. 3.
- Opened the cross country season with a sixth-place finish at the Gaucho Twilight on Sept. 19, running 21:45.1 in the 6K and helping Cal Poly capture the team title with just 17 points.
- Earned Big West Fall Academic All-Conference honors following the 2025 cross country season.
Sophomore (2024-25, Cal Poly)
- Earned Big West Spring Academic All-Conference honors.
- Ran 17:48.26 in the 5,000m at the Leopard Invitational on April 19, placing 13th.
- Competed in the 3,000m during Cal Poly's indoor opener in Seattle in January as part of the Mustangs' distance group.
Freshman (2023-24, Cal Poly)
- Competed during Cal Poly's 2024 outdoor season, including the Big West Championships, as the Mustang women captured the Big West team title and completed a sweep of the men's and women's conference championships.
- Made her outdoor collegiate debut during the 2024 season, competing primarily in the distance events, including the 1,500.
- Was part of Cal Poly's indoor distance group during the 2024 UW Indoor Preview, competing during her first collegiate track season.
High School
- Was a two-time California All-State cross country honoree in 2021 and 2022, placing 10th at the state championships both years and helping Clovis North finish third as a senior.
- Earned multiple All-League and All-Valley honors in both cross country and track.
- Placed second at the 2021 NXR California Regional Championships, running a high school 5K best of 17:47.8.
- Qualified for the California state meet in the 3,200 as a senior after placing second at the CIF Central Section Championships.
- Posted high school PRs of 2:19.97 in the 800, 4:57.30 in the 1,600 and 10:41.02 in the 3,200.
