Madilyn Yeomans was named a graduate assistant for Sun Devil Beach Volleyball ahead of the 2027 season.
Yeomans, who also goes by Madi, was a former student-athlete for UCLA, where she had a very successful career. The San Diego native was a two-time NCAA Champion with the Bruins, as they won back-to-back years in 2018 and 2019. Yeamons was also named Second Team All-Pac-12 and to the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team her freshman year with UCLA. Yeomans finished her career at UCLA with a 47-25 record.
She graduated UCLA with a degree in cognitive science and a minor in environmental systems and society.
In high school, Yeomans was a middle blocker at Point Loma High School on the indoor team for four years. She was a team captain in her junior and senior season. While at Point Loma, Madi won a San Diego Section CIF Champion in 2014, earned All-Western League Honorable Mention in 2012 and 2013, second team All-Western League in 2014, first team All-Western League and second team All-CIF San Diego Section in 2015, while also being honored with the Andrew Brady Scholar-Athlete Award that same year. Outside of indoor volleyball, Madi played one year of beach volleyball, as well as a year of track and field where she competed in long jump, triple jump, 200 meters and the 4x100 meter relay.
