Junior (2017):

  • Made 22 appearances — including five starts — for the Devils totaling 42.1 innings with a 7.02 ERA and 36 strikeouts
  • Pitched 4.0 innings without allowing an earned run on opening weekend against Northwestern, tallying three strikeouts in the start (2/18)
  • Got the start against Cal State Fullerton, tossing 3.1 innings while limiting the Titans to one run (3/7)
  • Notched the win in Seattle at Washington, coming in for 5.0 innings of solid relief while limiting the Huskies to two runs (5/13)
Sophomore (2016):
  • Threw the 10th no-hitter in school history with a career-high nine strikeouts in his first career Pac-12 start in a 5-0 win against Utah (3/25)
  • Earned National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) National Pitcher of the Week (3/29)
  • Earned Louisville Slugger National Pitcher of the Week (3/28)
  • Named Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week (3/28)
  • Earned his first win of the season against UC Davis where he pitched one 1.2 innings, allowing just one hit and striking out two (3/12)
Freshman (2015):
  • Appeared in 12 games, including four midweek starts, the most starts among freshmen pitchers
  • Went 3-3 with a 5.79 ERA in 23.1 innings, the most among freshmen pitchers, and issued 16 strikeouts compared to 10 walks
  • Made three relief appearances against Pac-12 opponents
  • Faced one batter in the final game of the season against Pepperdine (5/31) in the Fullerton Regional and induced a groundout to end the eighth inning
  • Threw 3.1 relief innings against No. 2 UCLA (5/8)
  • Tossed three scoreless relief innings at Arizona (4/22) and scattered just three hits to pick up his third win of the season
  • Did not allow a hit in 1.2 hitless innings and struck out two against Utah (4/4) in his first career Pac-12 action

  • Threw 10 pitches, including nine for strikes, in a perfect opening frame and allowed three runs on five hits in a five-inning win in his first career start vs UNLV (3/11)
  • Held the D-backs to one hit across a pair of scoreless innings in his first career collegiate start, and faced MLBers AJ Pollock, Aaron Hill, Paul Goldschmidt, Jake Lamb, Mark Trumbo, Yasmany Tomas and Tuffy Gosewisch
  • Made his ASU debut against Oklahoma State, allowing one run in 1.2 innings of work (2/15)
