• Allowed just one of three inherited runners to score
• Made season debut with a scoreless inning against Air Force (March 5)
• Retired three of four batters faced at Texas State (March 11)
• Touched for a run on two hits, walked four and struck out two in 2 2/3 innings in first start of the year at Dallas Baptist (March 18)
• Started the series finale at Texas Tech (March 23)
• Allowed four runs on five hits in 2 1/3 innings
• Returned to the bullpen and earned lone save of the season with three shutout innings that featured three strikeouts (March 30)
• Went four innings, striking out six and allowing two runs in a start against BYU (April 3)

• Started nine games as part of 14 appearances on the season
• Went 1-3 on the year with one save
• Recorded 54 strikeouts in 48 1/3 innings of work
• Team was 5-4 in games he started and 7-7 in games he pitched
• Held opponents scoreless in three of five relief appearances
• Started Game 2 on Opening Weekend against Florida Gulf Coast (Feb. 17)
• Allowed five runs (four earned) on seven hits with four strikeouts in three innings
• Gave up just one run on six hits and struck out three in 4 1/3 against UCLA (Feb. 24)
• Went six innings allowing a run and striking out six against Arizona State (March 2)
• Took the loss after allowing five runs in 5 1/3 innings at Kansas (March 9)
• Received a no-decision after allowing four runs (three earned) in 4 1/3 against Oklahoma (March 16)
• Fanned seven and gave up four runs in 3 1/3 at Oklahoma State (March 23)
• Struck out five and gave up three runs in 4 1/3 against Houston (March 30)
• Made first relief appearance of the season at Cincinnati (April 7)
• Struck out all three batters faced to record the save in a 4-2 win over Texas Tech (April 13)

  Freshman(2023, TCU)
• Made a team-high 17 starts as part of 19 appearances on the season
• Was the first TCU freshman since 2014 to register 10 wins as a freshman
• Posted a 10-4 record
• Compiled a 3.72 ERA
• Led the team with 97 2/3 innings pitched with a team-high 72 strikeouts
• Issued just 30 walks on the year and limited opponents to a .216 batting average
• Team was 13-6 in games he pitched and 11-6 in games he started
• Tallied seven quality starts
• Allowed a run on three hits and struck out six over 4 1/3 innings in his collegiate debut against Arkansas (Feb. 18) en route to earning first career win
• Improved to 2-0 on the year with four shutout innings against Florida State (Feb. 26)
• Made first collegiate start on March 4 against Louisville
• Was the tough-luck loser allowing three runs (two earned) on nine hits in four innings
• Picked up win No. 3 after allowing just one run on two hits over seven innings against San Diego (March 11)
• Surrendered just two runs on three hits in five innings, but took the loss at Oklahoma (March 18)
• Held Kansas to three runs (two earned) and struck out five in seven innings of work to move to 4-2 on the season (March 25)
• Win No. 5 came at Texas Tech despite allowing a season-high six runs
• Pushed record to 6-2 with a quality start against Oklahoma State (April 7)
• Allowed three runs and struck out five in seven innings against the Cowboys
• Improved to 7-3 with another quality start that saw just two runs allowed over six innings against UNC Wilmington (April 15)
• Surrendered five runs over six innings in a loss at West Virginia (April 21)... suffered second straight loss after giving up six runs over 2 2/3 innings against Texas (April 29)
• Tossed two shutout innings in a predetermined start against Cal State Fullerton (May 7)
• Put together another quality start, allowing a run on three hits over seven innings against Baylor (May 13)
• Tossed six hitless innings and struck out six to improve to 9-4 on the year at Kansas State (May 19)
• Allowed three runs over three innings in a no-decision against Kansas (May 25) in the Big 12 Championship
• Started the opening game of the NCAA Fayetteville Regional against Arizona
• Allowed three runs and struck out five in a no-decision
• Fanned nine and allowed just four base runners over seven shutout innings in the NCAA Fort Worth Super Regional against Indiana State to improve to 10-4
• Made two starts in the College World Series
• Was the Game 1 starter against Oral Roberts (June 16)
• Allowed a run on five hits over five innings in the no-decision
• Surrendered two runs on six hits in a no-decision against Florida (June 21).

• Four year varsity letterwinner at Chandler High School
• Helped lead squad to a state title as a senior
• Was the winning pitcher in the state championship game after throwing a complete game
• Earned first-team all-district, all-region and all-state honors as  a junior
