Scott Marks is in his second year as Director of Quality Control with Sun Devil Baseball.
Marks’ background includes 25 years of teaching, coaching and administration at the high school and community college level. Marks has a B.A. in Management from Kentucky Wesleyan College, a B.S. in Business Education and an M.A. in Educational Leadership - both from Murray State University.
No stranger to baseball, he was a four-year starter and letterman for Kentucky Wesleyan College and had a solid high school coaching career culminating with his induction into the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches’ Association’s Hall of Fame in 2018.
Marks’ baseball accomplishments as a player also garnered him induction into his high school's All-Sports Hall of Fame in 2004.
Marks assists Director of Operations Danny Stolper and Equipment Manager Paul Lopez with pre- and post-game duties. He also assists with the supervision of the student managers along with staying connected to players’ social media accounts.
Like most high school baseball players in the 70s – Marks wanted to be a part of Sun Devil Baseball – it only took him 42 years to get here.
