- Missed the shortened season with an injury but entered the season as Baseball American's No. 14 college outfield prospect in the nation and No. 227 overall prospect for the 2020 MLB Draft
- Made 51 appearances (all starts) and hit .281 with seven home runs and 34 RBIs
- Dew 18 walks and stole 4 bases and improved SLG% to .488, which was third-highest for Xavier, with 25 extra base hits including a team-high 15 doubles
- Had eight multi-RBI games, with the most coming on a 3-for-5 day against Lipscomb (3/2) that included a home run, a triple, 2 runs and 5 RBIs
- Had 17 multi-hit performances, including three three-hit days against Lipscomb, Grand Canyon (3/16) and Georgetown (4/6)
- BIG EAST Freshman of the Year
- Second Team All-BIG EAST
- Baseball America Preseason BIG EAST Freshman of the Year
- Emerged as one of the top two-way players in the BIG EAST as a freshman
- Hit .291 with a pair of homers and 21 RBI as XU's primary center fielder and did not make an error in the outfield all season
- Also contributed a 4.96 ERA in 16 appearances on the mound, including eight starts, throwing 61.2 innings and striking out 54
- Raised his game in league play, batting .319 with two homers and 10 RBI
- Became second-ever Musketeer to earn BIG EAST Freshman of the Year honors following the season
- Third on team with 13 multi-hit performances and had a season-long streak of 15 games reaching base and closed the season with a 10 game reached base streak
HIGH SCHOOL
- Posted top outfield velocity (91 MPH) at the Perfect Game Fall Academic Showcase in 2016 and was also one of the fastest participants in the 60-yard dash (6.75)
- Named All-Marion County and led North Central to Marion County Championship in 2016
- Earned Academic All-Conference honors in each of the last three years
- Father, Kendrick, ran track at Indiana State University
