Marisa Trevino played two years at Cal State Fullerton before transferring to Arizona State. Trevino attended Valencia High School in Placentia, Calif., where she was a four year letter winner in softball and a letter winner in soccer as well. In 2002 she captained the softball team and was a four-time All-Orange League selection, including first team honors her sophomore through senior seasons. She was voted team MVP her senior year and Valencia's Outstanding Female Athlete. Also won the coaches award her junior year in high school. Marisa was born on June 14, 1983 to Andy and Marie Trevino. Her father Andy owns Baseball Softball World in Placentia, Calif. She has four siblings (Michael 25, Vanessa 20, Andrew 16, and Daniel 14) and plans to major in sociology.
