  • Booth was a first-team All-Pacific-10 selection, Busuttil (second-team), Cornelius (honorable mention) and sophomore Jody Niemann (honorable mention)
  • Booth ended the season ranked fifth in the country in the Rolex rankings, Busuttil (17th), sophomore Tui Selvaratnam (35th), Cornelius (81st) and Niemann (85th)
  • Booth finished fifth individually at nationals
  • Selvaratnam, a second-team Pac-10 All-Academic pick, shot a women's course-record five-under 67 on the third day at nationals and finished tied for 7th overall
  • Booth named recipient of 1997 Dinah Shore Trophy
  • Booth, Busuttil and Cornelius were first-team Pac-10 All-Academic picks
  • Linda Vollstedt won her fifth GOLFWEEK Coach of the Year honor, also winning in 1990, 1993, 1994 and 1995.
