ASU: One of the most versatile athletes and one of the top all-purpose threats in the nation during his Sun Devil career...was ASU's "jack-of-all-trades", having played wide receiver, tailback, cornerback, kickoff and punt returner and has also thrown a touchdown pass during his Sun Devil career...became only one of 14 players in FBS history to record over 1,000 rushing, receiving and returns yards...was a true fan-favorite for his team-first mentality...also one of only four all-time Pac-10 Conference players and one of only three active athletes in 2007 to have earned that distinction, and the only player in ASU football history to achieve that mark...a true team player, he did anything and everything Sun Devil coaches asked of him, including three position changes...moved back to wide receiver full-time as a senior after spending time also playing cornerback in 2006...was the only active player in the Pac-10 Conference with over 1,000 career rushing and receiving yards when he entered his senior season...earned honorable mention All-Pac-10 honors twice (2005 and 2007)...has accumulated 4,379 career all-purpose yards with 19 total touchdowns on 446 total touches (229 carries for 1,093 yards and six touchdowns; 125 receptions for 1,536 yards and 12 touchdowns; 68 kickoff returns for 1,517 yards and one touchdown; 31 punt returns for 233 yards)...averaged 9.8 yards every time he touched the ball over his career and averaged 97.3 all-purpose yards-per-game for his career...appeared in 45 games with 25 starts...is an excellent special teams coverage athlete as well, totaling 14 career tackles (12 solo) between time spent as a defensive back and on special teams.
2007: Played in 12 games, starting five...earned honorable mention All-Pac-10 recognition...also earned honorable mention All-Pac-10 accolades by PhilSteele.com...finished third on the team in all major receiving categories, catching 34 passes for 467 yards (13.7 avg.) with three touchdown receptions...led ASU with a 23.1-yard average on 38 kickoff returns with one touchdown...also totaled six carries for 42 yards...had a team-high 1,388 all-purpose yards (115.7 per game)...ranked seventh in the Pac-10 Conference in all-purpose yards and eighth in the league in kickoff return average...caught two passes for 29 yards against Colorado on Sept. 8...led ASU with three catches for 52 yards, including a 30-yard touchdown reception in addition to a 33-yard kickoff return against San Diego State on Sept. 15...tied for the game-high with six receptions and also returned three kickoffs for 45 yards against Oregon State on Sept. 22...led all receivers with 137 yards on seven catches, with a 62-yard touchdown reception at Stanford on Sept. 29...returned two kickoffs for 64 yards at Washington State on Oct. 6...caught four passes for 55 yards, including a 21-yard touchdown, returned five kickoffs for 112 yards and also had a 34-yard rush against Washington on Oct. 13...totaled 201 all-purpose yards against the Huskies...returned two kickoffs for 37 yards and had a 20-yard reception against No. 18 California on Oct. 27...caught two passes for 38 yards and returned five kickoffs for 105 yards at No. 5 Oregon on Nov. 3...returned four kickoffs for 99 yards and had a 10-yard reception at UCLA on Nov. 10...caught four passes for 50 yards and totaled 166 yards on five kickoff returns, including a 98-yard touchdown return against No. 11 USC on Thanksgiving night...added a one-yard rush to total 217 all-purpose yards against the Trojans...caught four passes for 36 yards and totaled 56 yards on two kickoff returns against rival Arizona on Dec. 1...returned eight kickoffs for 150 yards and caught a 12-yard pass against No. 17 Texas in the 2007 Holiday Bowl on Dec. 27, his final game at ASU.
2006: Appeared in nine games, starting six...four starts came at wide receiver prior to switching to cornerback, where he started against Stanford and at Washington before suffering an injury that plagued him the remainder of the year...totaled 10 receptions for 166 yards (16.6 avg.) for the season...averaged 23.5 yards on kickoff returns...totaled six solo tackles as a cornerback and on special teams, also causing two pass break-ups...began the season in impressive fashion, recording an ASU season-high 112 receiving yards on seven catches in the opener against Northern Arizona...added a 13-yard reception at Colorado...had a career-high 43-yard kickoff return against No. 12 Oregon...averaged 32.5 yards-per-return on kickoffs at No. 3 USC...recorded three solo tackles and a pass break-up in his first career start on defense, playing at cornerback against Stanford...missed the final four games of the regular season due to injury before returning to compete in the Sheraton Hawai'i Bowl...earned preseason first-team All-Pac-10 honors as an all-purpose athlete by Lindy's and was named as a preseason fourth-team All-Pac-10 honoree by Phil Steele.
