ASU: A la Terrelle Smith, an fourth-round draft pick of the New Orleans Saints in 2000, he will move from linebacker to flyback for his senior season ... combination of depth at linebacker and lack there of at flyback contributed to the move ... was very impressive at his new position during spring practice and will compete for the starting job ... has played in 27 games, starting seven during his career ... has tallied 85 career tackles, 10 tackles for loss and three sacks.

1999: Was a stellar defensive performer at linebacker ... shoulder and ankle injuries limited him to eight games ... started six... bulked up sixteen extra pounds from previous season's playing weight ... tallied 29 total tackles on the season, four of which went for losses ... had eight tackles against Stanford ... was ASU's second-leading tackler in the Aloha Bowl, tallying a season-high nine against Wake Forest ... registered his only sack of the season against the Demon Deacons.
