2007 XC: Competed in four races on the year... placed 76th in the Pac-10 Championships... finished 14th at the Dave Murray Invitational and 16th at the ASU Invitational... 2007 Track: Redshirted... 2006 XC: Redshirted... competed in one race unattached.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Newport Harbor High School (Newport Beach, Calif.)... lettered four times in track & field and three times in cross country... captained both for two seasons each... twice selected as the Sea View League MVP in cross country (2004, 2005)... NHHS MVP in 2005 and 2006... CIF state cross country runner-up in 2004... Orange County champion in 2004... all-Orange County selection... on the track, set the Orange Country 3,200m meet record while winning the title... also secured league titles in the 1,600m and 3,200m runs... was a two-time MVP... set the school record in cross country at 17:01 before breaking it later in her career with a time of 16:33... her 16:33 was the fifth-best in the nation in 2005.
