ASU: Returns as one of the top ASU sprinters after transferring from Central Arizona just a year ago.
2000 Outdoor: Swept both the 100m (12.09) and 200m (24.30) titles at the Bill Sawyer Invitational…placed second in the long jump (19-11) at the ASU/USTCA Inv. and third in the 200m (24.10) at the Sun Angel Classic…ran ASU’s fastest 200m time (24.10) and second-fastest 100m time (11.97) of the season …also turned in the team’s third-best long jump mark with her personal best leap of 19-11.
2000 Indoor: Placed third in the 60m at the Double Dual with a time of 7.66…ran ASU’s all-time second fastest 60m with a 7.72 (at altitude) time at the Daily Sun Invitational…also posted season best times of 7.18 (aa) (55m) and 24.96 (200m) and a long jump mark of 19-3.5.
Central Arizona CC: National champion in the 200... ran a few times in the 200 at Sun Angel Stadium in 1999... finished 12th in the Sun Angel Classic (24.47) and third at the Bill Sawyer (25.00).
High School: A 13-time class 3A state champion in track from 1994-'97... all-city and all-conference in track and volleyball from 1994-'97... also a three-time letterwinner in basketball.
Personal: Interested in recreational management... parents are Ronnie and Ronda... has four siblings, Veronica (27), Jabbar (26), Everson (18) and Sam (15)... born in Safford, Ariz.
