High School: A 2001 graduate of Rio Mesa High School (Oxnard, Calif.)...lettered in track...national Nike Indoor Long Jump Champion (2000)...four-time Ventura Country champion (1998-'01)...three-time All-American and three-time athlete of the year (1999-'01)...four-time team MVP.
