Arizona State: Ranks eighth in the javelin (149-05)... 2005 Outdoor: Competed in the javelin nine times, winning the Bill Sawyer, NAU Invitational and Double Dual meets...placed 10th at the Pac-10 Championships...finished 18th at the regional meet...moved into eighth place on the ASU lists with her throw of 149-5 to win the NAU Invite... 2005 Indoor: Did not compete... 2004 Track: Redshirted due to injury... 2003 Outdoor: Finished 11th in her first conference competition...after taking runner-up honors in her first collegiate meet, returned to win the Baldy Castillo Invitational...placed in the Top 5 five times (eight meets)...placed 26th at the west region meet.
High School: A 2002 graduate of El Capitan High School (Lakeside, Calif.)...earned eight letters in her career including four in track and field, two in basketball and one each in cross country and volleyball...captained basketball, track and field and cross country teams in 2002 and track and field in 2001...as a member of the track and field team, was the team's freshman of the year and was all-league from 2000-02...was a member of the 4x200 team that went undefeated in the regular season...also all-league in basketball her final two seasons...four-times a scholar-athlete award winner and twice named to the all sports all-academic team by the Union Tribune...won the ACE (Athlete Committed to Excellence) Award in 2002...also was the recipient of the CIF Sportsmanship Award in 2002.
