ASU: On ASU's all-time lists, ranks third in the indoor 3000m (9:54.86), third in the indoor 5000m (16:33), fifth in the indoor mile (5:00.37 alt.adj.) and 10th in the outdoor 5000m (16:47.61).

2001 XC: ASU's solid number three runner behind Lisa Aguilera and Kelly MacDonald...team's third-highest finisher at the NCAA Championships (22:56, 189th) ...turned in top-10 finishes at the Roy Griak Invitational (21:13.4, 10th), Pac-10 Championships (21:10.3, ninth) and West Regionals (21:41.1, ninth)...earned all-region and All-Pac-10 second-team honors...team's second-highest finisher at the Pac-10 Championships clocking her season-best time of 21:10.3, just ahead of MacDonald...Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection.

2001 Outdoor: Placed 11th in the 5000m (17:01.27) at the Pac-10 Championships...at the Stanford Invitational, turned in a personal best outdoor time of 16:47.61 in the 5000m (23rd)...also recorded personal best in the 1500m (4:29.39), finishing fourth at the UA/NAU Double Dual...clocked NCAA provisional time in the 5000m, but did not qualify for nationals...earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors.

2001 Indoor: Placed 12th in the 5000m (16:41.69) at the NCAA Indoor Championships...qualified for nationals with an indoor PR of 16:33.00 at the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier (fifth)...in the mile, placed second at the NAU Invitational (5:00.37 alt.adj.) and third at the UA/NAU Double Dual (5:00.73 alt.adj.).

2000 XC: Finished among ASU's top-four in every major meet, including a spot as the Sun Devils' fourth-highest finisher at the NCAA Championships (114th, 22:05.5)...earned all-region honors with an 18th place finish and a season-best 6,000m time of 21:04 at the NCAA West Regionals...placed 15th at the Pac-10 Championships (21:19) and 12th at the Roy Griak (21:33)...captured first career meet title at the UC Irvine Inv. with a time of 18:30 on the 5,000m course...earned Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention honors.

2000 Outdoor: Finished among the team's top-four times in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m...set a season-best in the 5000m, finishing 12th at the Pac-10 Championships (17:06.05)...finished third in both the 3000m at the Baldy Castillo Inv. (9:51.79) and in the 1500m (PR 4:37.4 ) at the Double Dual...also ran a career-best in the 800m (2:16.75) at the Baldy Castillo Inv.

2000 Indoor: Competed in both the mile and the 3000m, notching season highs of 5:04.63 (alt. adj.) in the mile at the Days Inn Inv. and 9:54.86 in the 3000m at the Cyclone Classic.

1999 XC: Among ASU's top-five finishers at all three championship meets... placed 174th at the NCAA Championship (18:30), 32nd at the West Regional (18:09) and 16th at the Pac-10 Championship... ran a season-best of 18:00.2 at Pac-10s... had two top-25 finishes to start the year, finishing 17th at Cal Irvine and 23rd at the Roy Griak Invitational.

1999 Outdoor: Redshirted.

1999 Indoor: Redshirted.

High School: Placed third in the state in the 800m and 1600m... member of the 4x800 relay state championship team.

Personal: Majoring in English... parents are George and Mary... has two brothers, Michael (27) and Tim (33), and one sister, Gina (35)... married Olympic trials marathoner Carlos Paradelo in June 2001...born April 24, 1980, in Phoenix.
