Arizona State: Six-time All-American...school record holder in the indoor 200m dash (20.43) and the outdoor 4x400m relay (3:00.57)...the only Sun Devil to break the 21-second barrier indoors...member of the collegiate record-holding indoor 4x400m relay team (3:03.43)... 2005 Outdoor: Helped 4x400m relay team to school record 3:00.57 in the finals of the NCAA Championships to finish second and earn All-America honors...also a member of the school-record 4x100m relay of 38.71...won Pac-10 Championships in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays...also West Region champions in both relays...finished third in the conference at 200m...conference runner-up at 400m...second at the Sun Angel Classic at 400m with a PR 45.15... 2005 Indoor: Finished fourth in the nation for the second year in a row with a school-record time of 20.43 to earn All-America honors...won the Holiday Inn Invitational at 200m...won both 400m races he entered, including the Springco Invitational with a PR 45.82...helped 4x400m relay to wins at the Double Dual and the Mountain `T' Invitational... 2004 Outdoor: Attained All-America honors twice...ran third leg of national runner-up 4x100m relay and fourth-place 4x400m relay teams...finished fourth at the Pac-10 Championships in both the 100m and 200m dashes...in the 200m, placed third in the region to advance to the national meet where he finished 11th...selected Pac-10 Track Athlete of the Week (April 10)... 2004 Indoor: Opened his collegiate career in fine fashion as he earned All-America honors in the 200m dash and 4x400m relay...placed third in the relay and fourth in the 200m dash in a school-record 20.57...became the only Sun Devil to run a sub-21 indoors...his 20.57 at the national meet was actually the second-best mark in the event, but he was bumped to fourth based upon thousandths of one second...anchored the 4x400m relay to a collegiate record time (3:03.43).

High School: A 2003 graduate of Jefferson City High School (Jefferson City, Mo.)...winner of six state titles...is the only Missouri prep to win the 400m dash four times...set a state record of 46.81 in his final race...also won state titles in the 100m dash (2003) and 200m dash (2000)...garnered All-America honors in the 400m dash in 2002 and 2003...lettered in track and field four times and football once...captained the track team in 2003.
