2013 (Senior):Started 48 games, including 44 at catcher and four at designated hitter...caught Ryan Kellogg's no-hitter at Oregon State, joining Paul Lo Duca as the past two Sun Devils to catch a no-hitter...only allowed two passed balls all season...had three hits in a game twice both against Pac-12 opponents and scored two runs in a game five times, four of which came against other Pac-12 school...had a season-high three RBIs twice on the year...had two doubles in a game against Oregon (4/6)...hit five sacrifice flies on the year...along with Ybarra and Allen, hit back-to-back-to-back home runs May 5 against Stanford...graduated in Spring 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Service and Public Policy...two-time Scholar Baller honoree (Spring '13, Fall '12).

2012 (Junior):Earned Pac-12 All-Conference honorable mention recognition...named Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention...second on the team with a .326 batting average and fourth in slugging percentage at .449...started 35 games at catcher...second on the team with a .312 batting average in conference play...put together a team-best 12 game hitting streak...one of four players to have four or more hits in a game (Feb. 19 vs. Western Michigan)...scored a team and season-high four runs vs. Western Michigan on Feb 19...had a season-high three RBI against Oregon State on April 7.

Junior College: Played two seasons for Central Arizona College in Coolidge...hit .338 over his two seasons, driving in 55 runs and collecting 116 hits...drew 34 walks and was hit by a pitch 24 times...following the 2010 season was named First Team All-Region, First Team All-Conference, ACCAC Defensive Player of the Year and was named to the JuCo All-Star Team and NJCAA Team USA...was named the 2011 Central Arizona Student-Athlete of the Year...led CAC to two conference titles and a JuCo World Series runner-up finish.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Highland High School...was named Fiesta Region Player of the Year, a 5A All-Star, and earned Second Team All-State as a senor...was a Second Team All-Region pick as a junior and honorable mention as a sophomore...hit .420 with six homers and 28 RBI as a senior.

MLB Draft: Taken by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 32nd round (976th overall) of the 2012 Major League Baseball draft...picked by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 46th round (1,410th overall) of the 2011 draft.

Personal: Plans to major in business management...son of David and Daphne...has an older sister, Kelli...enjoys fishing...says Miracle is his favorite movie and King of Queens is his favorite TV show...lists Buster Posey and Russell Martin as his favorite athletes...born October 5, 1990.
