Arizona State: Ranks seventh all-time in program history in the indoor 3,000m run (9:28.84) and is a member of the fourth-fastest indoor distance medley relay team (11:31.50) in program history... 2010 Outdoor: Competed in the NCAA Preliminary Round West Site in Austin, Texas, in the 1,500m run... clocked a personal-best time of 4:25.80 in the same event at the Sun Angel Track Classic... placed 13th in the event at the Pac-10 Championships and also placed 20th in the 5,000m run at the conference meet... opened her outdoor season with a season-best time of 2:14.44 in the 800m... 2010 Indoor: Provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 3,000m run in her first race of the season by clocking a time of 9:28.84 at the Husky Classic... that time ranks seventh all-time in school history... placed 24th in the same event at the MPSF Championships... helped the distance medley relay to a time of 11:31.50, which stands as the fourth-best in school history... 2009 XC: Won her first race in an ASU uniform at the Dave Murray Invitational to become the 18th different Sun Devil woman to win a cross country race in program history... earned all-region honors by taking 18th at the regional meet and was 28th at the Pac-10 meet... finished 154th at the NCAA Championships... her win at the Dave Murray meet gave ASU the women's individual title for the third year in a row... win also ties her for fifth on the all-time wins list at ASU.

BYU: Competed in track & field and cross country for two years each at BYU (Provo, Utah)... helped the Cougars to Mountain West Conference championships in indoor and outdoor track & field in 2009... selected as her team's Most Improved in cross country (2008)... member of two MWC championship distance medley relay teams (2008, 2009)... three-time All-MWC honoree, including first team honors in cross country after finishing fifth overall in 2008... took four place in the indoor mile at the 2009 conference meet before placing fifth in the steeplechase at the 2009 outdoor meet.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Simi Valley High School (Simi Valley, Calif.)... lettered four times each in cross country and track & field... captained both teams twice in her career... highly decorated runner in Ventura County as she was named the VC Hall of Fame Athlete of the Year in 2007... the Ventura County Star named her its Athlete of the Year in 2007 after selecting her as the Runner of the Year in 2005, 2006 and 2007... Los Angeles Daily News recognized her as its Athlete of the Year in 2007 and Runner of the Year in 2006 and 2007... SVHS Female Athlete of the Year in 2007 as well as Most Athletic... set three school individual records and was a part of two record relays... ran top marks of 2:12 (800m), 4:42 (1600m) and 10:17 (3000m) and was part of the record distance medley and 4x1600m relays... also holds the school and conference record in cross country as well as the conference record in the 1600m... her time of 4:42 in the 1600m broke a 25 year-old Ventura County record... ran her 4:42 time four hours before running 10:28 to finish second and third, respectively, at the state meet her senior year, both of which were personal bests at the time.

Personal: Majoring in interdisciplinary studies (concentrations on religion and anthropology)... parents are Charles and Marietta Sperry... has four siblings: brothers David and Robert and sisters Caren and Stephanie... sister Caren competed for the track & field and cross country teams at CS Northridge... born February 7, 1989, in Tarzana, Calif.... hobbies include taking pictures and making collages... full name is Anna Elisabeth Sperry.
