Arizona State Career:
2004 Outdoor: Scored at the Pac-10 meet by placing third in the 10,000m run...recorded the fourth-fastest time in school history in the same event to open the outdoor season (29:48.62)...also finished 10th at the conference meet in the 5,000m run...advanced to the regional race in the 5,000m, placing 14th overall...turned in three other Top 4 finishes on the season, placing third in the 3,000m run (Double Dual) and fourth in both the 1,500m (Bill Sawyer Invite) and 3,000m steeplechase (Sun Angel Classic)... 2004 Indoor: Competed in two races for Arizona State after transferring from Colorado...placed sixth in the 5,000m run at the Pac-10 Invitational with the second-fastest time in school-history (14:09.95)...also placed seventh in the 3,000m run at the Double Dual in his first race of the season.

Colorado: Competed for two cross country seasons and one on the track for Colorado before transferring to ASU...named All-Big XII track in the steeplechase as a freshman following a sixth-place finish in the event...was the No. 3 finisher for the Buffalos at the 2003 NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 64th overall, as the team finished sixth...was a member of the 2002 and 2003 Big XIII cross country championship teams.

High School: A 2002 graduate of Buchanan High School (Clovis, Calif.)...named all-conference and all-valley in cross country all four years he competed...also earned same distinctions for track and field three times...cross country team finished as state runners-up twice and were ranked in the Top 25 nationally...set school records in the 3,000m run, the 3,000m steeplechase and the 5,000m run...lettered four times in cross country, four times in track and field and once in scuba...captained the cross country team in 2001 and the track team in 2002.
