Northern Iowa: Competed for the Panthers for one year each in cross country and track and field...earned All-Missouri Valley Conference and all-region honors...team won both the cross country and indoor MVC titles...was a finalist in the 5,000m run at the NCAA Championships.
High School: A 2001 graduate of XI Belgrade Gimnasium High School (Belgrade)...competed in distance events...won the 2003 Balkan Championships in the 5,000m run...also won the 1,500m event at the European Club Championships for Juniors.
