Washington State: Graduated with a degree in Anthropology from Washington State University (Pullman, Wash.) in 2008... competed on the cross country and track & field teams for the Cougars... 2005 cross country All-American after finishing 14th overall in the NCAA Championships... earned All-Pac-10 First Team honors in cross country in 2005 before garnering second team honors in 2006... 2006 NCAA national qualifier in the outdoor 5,000m run... earned several academic honors from the USTFCCCA in both track & field and cross country.
