2008 Outdoor: Won the 5,000m run at the Double Dual... clocked a personal best time of 14:35.92 in the 5,000m at the Oregon Relays... competed in the 5,000m and 10,000m races at the Pac-10 Championships... also competed in the 1,500m run twice... 2008 Indoor: Ran in one race... recorded a time of 8:39.06 in the 3,000m run at the Husky Classic... 2007 XC: Competed in six races in his first season with the program... placed 186th at the NCAA Championships after finishing 35th at the NCAA West Region Championships and 29th at the Pac-10 Championships... placed 19th at the Dave Murray Invitational, his first race with the program.

Phoenix College: Earned his Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Phoenix College in 2007... competed in track & field for PCC for one season... earned a pair of All-America honors during the indoor season by placing sixth in the 3,000m run and helping the distance medley relay team to a fifth-place showing... competed in the 800m (DNF), 1,500m (ninth) and 5,000m (13th) at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships.

Gateway CC: Competed in cross country for Gateway Community College (Phoenix) for two years prior to transferring to PCC... placed 10th overall at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships in 2006 and 19th overall in 2005... both of his individual placements at the national meet earned him All-America honors... helped team to ninth place overall in 2006 after finishing seventh in 2005.

High School: A 2005 graduate of Alhambra High School (Phoenix)... lettered three times each in cross country and track & field and twice in soccer for the Lions... captained the cross country and track & field teams as a senior... selected as the Northwest Region Runner of the Year in cross country and Northwest Region Player of the Year in soccer... selected all-state in cross country and soccer... helped both cross country and soccer to regional championships.
