2004 Outdoor: Recorded all three of his personal best times during the season...posted a fourth-place finish in the 3,000m run at the Bill Sawyer Invitational...also took fifth in the Baldy Castillo Invite's 5,000m run with a personal best of 16:26.33...earned Second Team Pac-10 All-Academic honors... 2004 Indoor: Ran in one race on the season, finishing ninth at the Double Dual in the 3,000m run (9:50.95)... 2003 XC: Ran in three races on the season (once unattached)...finished 32nd at the ASU Invite and 49th at the Canyon West Classic...earned Academic All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention... 2003 Outdoor: Finished 15th at the Mesa Classic in the 1,500m run (4:14.94) in his only outdoor action of the season... 2003 Indoor: Did not compete... 2002 XC: Competed in four races...led all ASU finishers at the Canyon West Invitational with an eighth-place finish (25:53.00)...also was highest Sun Devil finisher in the open race at the Pac-10 Championships (47th)...third-highest finisher on the team at the ASU Invitational (26th).
High School: Dominated the track in the Kaw Valley League, winning 10 individual track titles, one track team title and three cross country titles...four-time champion in the 1600m and 3200m runs...six top-8 finishes in state track meets and two top-4 finishes in cross country...named to the Kansas City Cross Country Coaches Association First Team three times (1999-01) and earned all-state accolades in 2000 and '01...captain of the cross country team in 2000 and '01.
