High School: A 2007 graduate of Zionsville Community High School (Zionsville, Ind.)... lettered in track & field four times and cross country three times... selected all-state in track and field all four years... school's MVP in cross country twice (2003, 2004) and track & field twice (2006, 2007)... holds two individual and one relay school record... set the standard in the 800m run at 2:14.10 to finish fourth at the 2007 state championships... clocked 5:17.70 in the 1,600m as a sophomore in the conference finals... helped 4x800m relay team to record time of 9:18.69 and a state runner-up finish... helped 4x800m relay score all four years, placing second, seventh, sixth and fifth, respectively... named the ZCHS Female Athlete of the Year for the 2006-07 academic season... member of the National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta Mathematics Honor Society.
