Want to step inside the life of a collegiate baseball player at one of the most storied and celebrated programs in the country? Arizona State pitcher Josh McAlister is going to give you his firsthand insight into the life of a student-athlete in his weekly video blogs, taking you from the classroom to the mound to life away from sports and school.
Whether he is studying for an upcoming test, warming up his arm at practice or just hanging out with friends, Josh, who is a sophomore in Barrett, The Honors College, will give you an up-close and personal look at what it takes to excel both academically and athletically at a Div. 1 school.
This week, Josh talks with freshman infielder Drew Stankiewicz and junior-college transfer Max Rossiter about how it felt to put on the Maroon & Gold jersey for the first time.
So sit back and enjoy the latest installment of "A Week in the Life - A Sun Devil Video Blog." If you have any questions or comments for Josh for future blogs, feel free to e-mail them to Thomas Lenneberg (thomas.lenneberg@asu.edu) and we'll be sure to give you a shout out in next week's blog.
