TEMPE, Ariz. - Three members of the Arizona State baseball team were named All-Americans today by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association, headlined by First Team member Zack MacPhee.
MacPhee (Phoenix, Ariz.) was named First Team by the fourth different outlet, joining Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball and Rivals.com.
Seth Blair (Rock Falls, Ill.), who was a First Team All-American by Baseball America, earned Second Team honors. He also was a Second Team All-American according to Collegiate Baseball.
Jordan Swagerty (Sachse, Texas) earned Second Team honors. He established a new school record this season with his 14 saves, besting the previous mark of 12. He was also named a Third Team All-American by Collegiate Baseball.
