ARIZONA STATE HEAD COACH Clint Myers
General comment:
"Arizona State started their on season July 1st when a whole new staff came in. Our motto was `Dream Big.' We have 20 girls that are living a dream. We are really excited about being here. It is a great honor to be in the company of such fine teams -- the best in the world. We are going to go out and try to represent Arizona State the best we can."

On how the team all came together
"From the very beginning Coach Myers and the whole staff came to Arizona State and made us believe in ourselves. They came in saying, `We're going to make it to the World Series this year.' At first we were kind of like, `okay,' you know, coming off the season the year before. As the season started progressing we were so excited and we started seeing it. Everyone was exuding a presence about them of how much they wanted to be out there and how much we were going to fight to have a spot in the World Series. It's been our coaching staff believing in us and having the confidence in us. That's why our team has come together, and we could become this gigantic family. We all just have great team chemistry."
