TEMPE, Ariz. - For the third consecutive year, Arizona State women's tennis player Adria Engel earned All-American honors, while Dora Krstulovic claimed her first All-American acclaim with Engel in doubles.
With the two All-American honors this season under head coach Sheila McInerney, Arizona State has produced at least one All-American player since the 1993 season for a total of 19 All-American honors and 31 in the program's history.
As a junior, Engel posted a team-high 24 wins, making her second straight quarterfinal appearance in the NCAA singles championship. Engel also finished the year ranked 13th in the country in singles and ninth in doubles.
As a sophomore, Krstulovic garnered All-American honors in doubles with teammate Engel. The Sun Devils' No. 1 pair finished the year ninth in the nation with a 13-9 record.
