NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- The college baseball game between Arizona State and Notre Dame has been rained out due to stormy weather conditions in South Bend and surrounding areas. The Sun Devils and Fighting Irish will now meet Sunday at 11 a.m. CST to complete the two-game series.
Rained out for the first time this season, ASU will look to get back on the winning track tomorrow after dropping the series opener 9-4 Friday night. The game Sunday can be heard live on XTRA 910 AM in the Phoenix area with Tim Healey and Bob Eger calling all the action from Frack Eck Stadium on the Notre Dame campus. Originally scheduled to air on KAZ-TV in the Phoenix area, no final plans have been announced regarding whether the game will be on TV in Phoenix. An announcement will be made later Saturday and posted on www.TheSunDevils.com.
