NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Advance ticket sales remain brisk for the upcoming two-game baseball series between Notre Dame and Arizona State, to be played Friday night (6:05) and Saturday afternoon (3:05) at Eck Stadium on the University of Notre Dame campus. ASU is 26-15 overall and ranked 17th in the nation in the Baseball Weekly/ESPN poll.
The highly anticipated series between the nationally ranked Sun Devils and Fighting Irish will serve as a renunion of sorts for ASU head coach Pat Murphy. Murphy coached seven years in South Bend, leading the Irish from a virtually non-funded program into a national power.
Reserved grandstand tickets (all other tickets are general admission) remain for Friday night's game while just a limited number of grandstand seats are left for the Saturday game. Season ticket holders are required to reserve a grandstand seat or sit in the general-admission seating.
The Notre Dame ticket office is located on the second floor of the Joyce Center, above Gate One. The ticket office can be reached by calling (574) 631-7356.
