ASU is now to 7-8 on the year, 4-4 in conference play. UCLA improves to 4-9 on the season, 4-3 in the Pac-10.

"Obviously we're very disappointed in the way we played this afternoon," said head coach Patti Snyder-Park. "We committed way too many hitting errors and did not pass the ball well. We need to regroup before next weekend."

The Bruins hit .435 as a team in the last game, committing only two errors and hit .208 for the match. UCLA tallied 54 digs to ASU's 48.
