Nicole Peterson Season 2019

2019 Indoor Volleyball (Senior):

• Played in 25 matches and was second on the team in assists with 350.
• Earned five double-doubles in 2019.
• Achieved a career-high five aces in the match against Washington, with four of them occurring consecutively. She also had 24 assists and eight digs. 
• Recorded her fourth double-double of the season against Washington State with 10 digs and 19 assists.
• Earned 21 assists in the thriller at Oregon State.
• Registered season-high numbers against Utah with an impressive 33 assists and 14 digs. 
• Had 22 assists along with seven digs in the sweep over Oregon State. 
• Logged her third double-double of the season against Oregon with 18 assists and 13 digs.
• Recorded 28 assists along with 11 digs in the comeback win at No. 21 Washington State. 
• Notched 20 assists and 10 digs in the win over Colorado.
• Led the team in assists with 15 against Louisville. 

2018 Indoor Volleyball (Junior):

• 2018 Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention
• Played in 103 sets in 2018, seeing time as a setter and a hitter.
• Led the team in assists with 571. 
• Tied for the most double-doubles on the team this year with 10.
• Third in digs on the team with 260.
• Had 23 assists and 15 digs in the sweep at Oregon State.

2017 Indoor Volleyball (Sophomore):

• Led the team with a career high 785 assists in the 2017 season.
• Led the team with 9.94 assists per set.
• Played in 79 total sets in the 2017 season.
• Had a career high 197 digs.
• Had a season high 21 digs against Colorado on Nov. 18.
• Recorded 21 blocks in 2017. 

2016 Indoor Volleyball (Freshman):

• Played in 47 total sets during the 2016 campaign.
• Posted 264 assists on the season, the second most for the Sun Devils.
• Recorded nine service aces during the 2016 season.
• Recorded 68 total digs and six block assists. 
• Career high 47 assists against Oregon on Oct. 30.

High School:

• Played both volleyball and tennis at Jesuit HS
• 2015 Max Preps National Player of the Year
• 2015 High School All American
• 2015 Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year
• 2015 and 2014 Oregon Player of the Year
• 2015 and 2014 Metro League Player of the Year
• 2014 and 2015 State Championship MVP
• Three-time Oregon State Champion (2012, 2014, 2015)
• Four-time team captain of the Excel NW club team in Vancouver, Wash.

Personal:
The daughter of Rob and Carolina Peterson...has two older brothers, Bruno and Lucas, and one older sister, Marta ... She graduated ASU with a degree in fashion with a focus on technology.
