- Earned his first save as a Sun Devil on opening weekend, pitching three scoreless innings to seal a 7-3 victory over Miami (OH) (2/17).
- Turned in a fantastic outing earning his first victory over Oklahoma State (3/2), pitching six innings while allowing one run and striking out seven.
- Came in to get the final two outs to earn his second save of the season in a 13-8 victory over Utah (4/22).
- Contributed a scoreless inning in the Sun Devils 1-0 shutout victory over Long Beach State (2/27).
- Transferred to Arizona State after spending two seasons under Kevin Kimball at Phoenix College
- Appeared in 17 games for the Bears mainly as a long reliever, totaling a 5-5 record with a 4.73 ERA in 85.2 innings
