Sophomore (2016):
- Ryndak went 7-3 on the year for the Sun Devils.
- Earned her first save of the season in the first game of the Texas Tech series (3/23).
- Pitched 6.0 innings against Wisconsin (3/4), throwing a season-high 105 pitches (84 of which were strikes) and struck out a season's best five to earn her sixth victory.

Had a solid opening weekend, going 2-0 in her two starts with a team-leading 0.64 ERA. Struck out eight over the course of the weekend while giving up just one earned run and a single walk.
Freshman (2015):

Finished the season with a 14-8 record and earned Pac-12 All-Freshman honors. Her 143.1 innings pitched were the ninth-most in the Pac-12, while her 82 strikeouts were good for 10th in the conference.

Picked up her first victory as a Sun Devil against Creighton, throwing 6.2 innings and striking out seven along the way.
- Gave up only three earned runs against No. 4/3 Oklahoma to earn her fourth win of the season.

Pitched a complete game against Colorado State on Feb. 20th, allowing just one run on five hits to go along with her seven strikeouts.

Pitched five innings in relief against Washington on Mar. 13, alowing one unearned run in the loss.

Picked up two victories over Arizona in the series down in Tucson, Mar. 27-29.

Threw six innings, allowing one earned run in the 16-6 run-rule win for the Devils over Stanford on May 2.
High School:

The 5-foot-5 senior right-handed pitcher, first baseman and outfielder Ryndak compiled a 22-1 record and a 0.23 ERA in the circle as a senior at Downers Grove North (28-2-1) entering the Class 4A sectional semifinals. Through 31 games, Ryndak fanned 218 batters and issued just 10 walks in 153 innings pitched.

At the time of her selection as the Illinois Softball Gatorade Player of the Year, she owned a .451 batting average with 27 extra-base hits, 38 runs scored and 41 RBI. She was a 2012 Second Team All-State honoree as named by the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times and Illinois Coaches Association.

As a freshman in 2011, The Downers Grove North Trojans finished the regular season 31-4. Ryndak & her sister, fellow pitcher, Kendall helped lead the team to setting a new single-season record for wins at Downers Grove North.

During the regular season, she compiled a 13-2 record, only allowing 67 hits & 20 walks, while fanning 104 batters in 114 innings. She also helped the Trojans in the outfield when not pitching, as well as batting .406 with 5 homers and 15 RBIs.

As a sophomore in 2012, Dale led Downers Grove North to a 12-2 record with 129 strikeouts, while boasting an impressive 0.61 ERA.

With Ryndak on the roster, The Trojans won the West Suburban Silver Division Title each of her four years of high school. Downers Grove North also won the Regional Title in 2013.
Personal:
She is the daughter of Gary and Stacy Ryndak and has one sister, Kendall, who is 22 years old & plays softball at Lindenwood. Ryndak plays club ball for Illinois’ Premier Girls Fast Pitch Organization the Beverly Bandits (Team Premier - 18U) under founder Bill Conroy and coached by Head Coach Kevin Stephens and Assistant Coach Michelle Vucsko. Her pitching coaches are Pat Rzegocki and her Uncle Mike Johnson. Ryndak was also successful in the classroom as a member of the German National Honors Society and an honor roll selection every semester during her high school career and is known for her leadership and competitive spirit.
