(77.7/13th in the Pac-12), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.63/13th in the Pac-12 and minutes (36:39 mpg/16th in the nation/2nd in the Pac-12), 2nd in rebounds (4.1 rpg/among players who played in at least half the games), 3rd in scoring (9.5 ppg), and O-rebs (1.3 rpg).  
  • Connected on season-high 10 free throws two times (vs. UTSA/vs. Pacific).
  • Played 38 or more minutes in more than half (17) of ASU’s games, including career-high 50 minutes in 2OT win over Washington (Feb. 16).
  • Grabbed season-high seven rebounds six times, had three or more steals 10 times (season-best 5 vs. GCU and at WSU) and five or more assists four times (career-high 8 assists vs. Fresno State).
  • Played all 80 minutes on Washington road trip – at WSU (Jan. 19) and at UW (Jan. 21). Averaged 11.0 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 5.0 apg, 3.0 spg and connected on 87.5 percent of her free throws (14-16).
  • Scored most points since Dec. 8 after accounting for 15 points, four steals and three assists in win over Cal (Jan. 28).
  • In the month of December (vs. Pacific, vs. GCU, vs. Arizona, vs. Fresno State, vs. Santa Clara), averaged 15.6 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 2.4 apg, 2.4 spg, 6.8 FT attempts. In ASU’s win over Fresno State (Dec. 20), Simmons had a career-high 8 assists with zero turnovers.
  • Scored career-high 26 points in ASU’s win over Pacific (Dec. 1) and was named to Briann January Classic All-Tournament Team.
  • First 4 games of season: Averaged 16.0 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 3.8 apg, 3.0 spg and shot 56 pct 3FG (5-9) and 90 pct (27-30) from the line.
  • Superb all-around effort at WSU (Jan. 19) included 13 points, seven rebounds, game-high seven assists and game-high five steals.
 
2022-23
  • Started in all 27 games she appeared in (missed 12/14 game versus Missouri due to illness).
  • Was named Pac-12 All-Defensive Honorable Mention.
  • Opened the season with a season-high 22 points against NAU.
  • Averaged a career-high 12.4 points per game.
  • Recorded nine straight double-digit scoring performances to start the season.
  • Was one of three players on the team to average more than 30 minutes a game (36.91 mpg).
  • Brought down five or more rebounds 14 times.
  • Led the team in assists (3.25 apg) and steals (1.9 spg), tied for 2nd in O-rebs (1.8 rpg), was 2nd in scoring (12.4 ppg) and 4th in rebounds (4.6 rpg)
  • In Pac-12 games, finished 3rd in the league in steals per game (2.06), 6th in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.6), 11th in assists (3.25 apg) and 14th in O-rebs (2.0 rpg).
2021-22
  • Led the team, in assists (2.8 apg/12th in the Pac-12) and free throws made (75) and attempted (105), was second in steals (1.7 spg/7th in the Pac-12), third in scoring (9.6 ppg), 3-pointers (26) and was fifth on rebounds (3.4 rpg).
  • Scored in double figures 11 times, including season-high 22 points at Washington State (Feb. 18).
  • Averaged 11.5 ppg in two games vs. Arizona including team-high 16 points at Arizona (Feb. 13).
  • Averaged 17.0 points while shooting 59 percent (16-27) from the floor, including 62.5 percent (5-8) 3FGs, in consecutive contests at Arizona, at Washington and at Washington State. 
2020-21
  • Averaged 10.8 ppg, becoming the first ASU freshman to average double figures in scoring since Jill Noe in 2003.
  • Scored in double figures 13 times and led the team in free throws made (96) and attempted (121) and assists (2.7 apg) and was second in scoring (10.8 ppg), FT pct. (79.3/sixth in the Pac-12) and steals (1.1 spg).
  • In ASU’s win over USC (Dec. 4), Simmons became the first ASU freshman to score 20 or more points since Dymond Simon scored 24 in a win over Washington State on Jan. 4, 2007.
  • Was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week after scoring 11 of her 15 points over the last 9:20 (last 4:20 of regulation and 5:00 of OT) of ASU’s 66-64 upset of then-No. 9 Arizona. 
 
HIGH SCHOOL
  • A 2020 graduate of Green Bay Southwest High (Green Bay, Wisc.).
  • Concluded her career as the all-time leading scorer in Green Bay metro history after finishing with 1,885 points (averaged 20.1 ppg for her 94-game career).
  • Was named to the Green Bay Press-Gazette’s all-century team.
  • Ranked No. 31 at her position by ESPN.com.
  • Named WBCA first-team all-state in D2, second-team AP all-state and first-team all-FRCC as a senior after averaging 21.6 points, eight rebounds, 4.1 assists and 4.7 steals.
  • In 2019 Simmons was named the Fox River Classic Conference (FRCC) player of the year after she averaged a league-high 21.4 points to go with 7.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 3.0 steals and 1.0 block in league. She was the only player in the 10-team FRCC to rank in the top seven in all five categories. Simmons was also named a Division 2 first-team all-state pick by the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association and a third-team all-state selection by the Associated Press. 
  • Simmons was named both the league's player of the year and defensive player of the year as a sophomore. She came within two assists of a triple double in a game in which she had a career-high 35 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.  
  • Scored 21.4 points per game over her last three seasons after averaging 16.0 ppg as a freshman.
