- The Sun Devils have scored a touchdown in each of their four red zone possession on the season.
- Kalen Ballage now has 24 rushing touchdowns in his career, just four shy of Art Malone who is fifth on the Sun Devil career list. Woody Green (1971-73) is the ASU leader with 43.
- Wilkins 53-yard pass to Frank Darby at the 8:34 mark in the fourth quarter, marked his thid 50+ yard touchdown of the season. Wilkins had two touchdown passes over 50 yards against NMSU in the opener, becoming the first Sun Devil to do so since Mike Bercovici against USC in 2014. They were also the first two 50+ touchdown passes of Wilkins’ career.
- With a seven play 77-yard touchdown drive that took 2:39 minutes, 262 of the Devils' 373 offensive scoring drives under Todd Graham have come in three minutes or less (70.2 percent)
- Koron Crump tallied two more sacks against the Aztecs, bringing his total up to four on the season. Crump finished second on the team last season with 9.0 sacks.
- Alani Latu recorded a career-high with five tackles, 2.5 tackles and 1.5 sacks. Latu had 1.5 career tackles for loss and zero sack coming into the season.

Darby also recorded his first career touchdown reception at the 8:34 mark in the fourth quarter, hauling in a 53-yard pass from quarterback Manny Wilkins. Darby also tallied 111 yards receiving on the outing.
