WHAT TO KNOW: Has a solid outside shot and great strength and should be more comfortable in the system in his second year. Has been on campus since June of 2003 so has been able to get a head start in the classroom and he has taken advantage of it. He is always studying on road trips, and he speaks French, English, Dutch and Fefe, an African dialect. Rob Evans says he had "one of the best high school transcripts I have ever read." Yes, his first name is spelled with two "i's", that is not a typo. A native of Cameroon, along with teammate Serge Angounou. Grabbed 24 rebounds in a high school game and he will challenge for playing time at both forward positions. Good combination of strength and shooting touch allows him to grab rebounds yet be an offensive threat from the perimeter if needed. Started in 11 games last year and averaged 14.3 minutes per game.
