2008 Outdoor: Ran in five races on the season... placed 15th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Pac-10 Championships... his time of 9:32.98 at the conference meet was his fastest of the year... placed second in the Double Dual... 2008 Indoor: Did not run... 2007 XC: Competed in four races in his first season with the team... was the top ASU finisher at the ASU Invitational, placing eighth overall... placed 69th in his first Pac-10 Championships... was 21st at the Dave Murray Invitational in his first race with the Sun Devils.
Paradise Valley: Competed in cross country and track & field for PVCC for two years... garnered seven All-America honors, including two in cross country, two in indoor track & field and three in outdoor track & field... in cross country, placed 26th nationally to help PVCC to the NJCAA Championship in 2004 before placing seventh overall at the 2005 meet... competed in the 5,000m run indoors at the NJCAA meet, finishing third in 2005 and fourth in 2006... placed 10th in the outdoor 10,000m run at the NJCAA meet in 2005 before finishing third in the 3,000m steeplechase and sixth in the 5,000m run at the 2006 championships.
High School: A 2004 graduate of Rio Rico High School (Rio Rico, Ariz.)... lettered four times each in both cross country and track & field... captained both squads as a senior... selected as RRHS cross country team's Most Improved (2002) and Most Valuable (2003)... placed third in the state cross country meet as a senior while team finished second overall... first-team all-state as a senior... also earned all-region honors... selected to the AIA Scholar-Athlete honor roll.
