HIGH SCHOOL: A 2002 graduate od Marcos De Niza High School in Tempe...earned two letters in football, three in baseball and one in basketball...served as a team captain in football and baseball as a senior...two-time all-region honoree...earned team MVP, all-city and All-East Valley honors and was an honorable-mention all-state selection as a senior...was the runner-up for regional player of the year in 2002...two-way player at running back and defensive back...was a preseason All-American at defensive back in 2002...had 32 tackles and four interceptions as a junior...averaged 4.8 yards per carry and 14.8 yards per catch as a senior to go along with 68 tackles, four interceptions and three forced fumbles...was coached by Tom Joseph.
