2001 Outdoor: At the U.S.A. Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, won her preliminary heat of the 3000m steeplechase (10:16.48), before placing third in the final with a personal-best 9:55.49…culminated her ASU track career with double All-America honors, placing third in both the women's 3000m steeplechase (9:55.87) and the 5000m (16:03.57) at the NCAA Championships in her home-state of Oregon…in the NCAA's inaugural running of the women's steeplechase, surpassed the previous American record of 9:57.20, but the woman who held that record, BYU's Elizabeth Jackson, won the first NCAA title with a new American record of 9:49.73…won the first-ever Pac-10 title in the steeplechase (10:03.20) and won her second-straight Pac-10 crown in the 5000m (16:22.75)…in her steeplechase debut at the UA/NAU Double dual, she won the event in 10:06.48, two seconds faster than Lisa Aguilera's previous ASU record…recorded her season-best 5000m performance at the NCAA Championships (16:03.57)…automatic NCAA qualifier in the steeplechase, provisional qualifier in the 5000m and 1500m…took second in the 1500m at the Sun Angel Classic with a personal-best 4:22.72, fourth-fastest in ASU history…earned Academic All-District second-team honors and Pac-10 All-Academic first-team acclaim.
2001 Indoor: Earned second-straight indoor All-America honors in the 5000m, placing fifth in a season-best 16:20.83…recorded two runner-up finishes in the 5000m at the Iowa State Classic (16:46.06) and the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier (16:23.21)…won the mile both times competing in the event, including a personal best 4:44.96a performance at the UA/NAU Double Dual…NCAA provisional qualifier in the mile and the 5000m.
2000 XC: Redshirted.
2000 Outdoor: Placed 13th in her preliminary heat of the 5,000m (16:22.09) at the Olympic Trials in Sacramento… placed 12th in the 5,000m at the NCAA Championships (16:37.08)…qualified for the NCAA Championships and the Olympic Trials with a 15:55.90 performance in the 5,000m at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif., April 14… that time placed her 10th in the meet and broke Lynn Nelson’s 1984 ASU record by three seconds… became ASU’s first conference champion in the 5,000m, winning with a time of 16:28.45…Pac-10 runner-up in the 3,000m (9:24.02)…also posted an NCAA provisional mark in the 3,000m (9:20.12), finishing second at the Penn Relays…notched season-best time in the 1,500m (4:29.64) in a winning effort at the Double Dual.
2000 Indoor: Earned All-America honors after placing seventh in the 5,000m at the NCAA Championships… broke her own school record at that meet, posting a 16:13.41…also notched NCAA Provisional marks in the mile (4:47.45) and 3,000m (9:35.36)…posted four top-two finishes.
1999 XC: Named ASU's Most Valuable Runner... became just the second female All-American in ASU history, finishing 36th (17:30) at the NCAA Championship to pace the Devils to their then-school-record 12th-place finish... posted a personal-best time of 17:04 to finish fourth at the West Regional, earning all-region honors... both those finishes broke school records as her 36th-place national finish topped Priscilla Hein's 39th-place showing in 1998 and her fourth-place regional finish broke a pair of sixth-place finishes in 1982 and 1988... finished 10th at the Pac-10 Championship (17:42) to earn second-team all-conference honors... finished third at Cal Irvine Invitational, fifth at Roy Griak Invitational and 12th at Pre-NCAA Meet... a second-team Pac-10 All-Academic selection.
1999 Outdoor: Posted NCAA provisional marks in the 3000m and 5000m... ran at the NCAA Championship in the 3000m, finishing ninth in her heat at 9:58.09... finished seventh in the 3000m at the Pac-10 Championship (10:03.87)... shaved 32 seconds off her personal-best in the 3000m at the Penn Relays, finishing fourth in 9:25.61 - the fourth-fastest time in ASU history... clocked an NCAA provisional in the 5000 (16:42.19) at the Baldy Castillo... that ranks as the sixth-fastest time in ASU history... garnered a season-best in the 1500m at the Sun Angel Classic, finishing eighth in 4:30.16... placed second in the 1500m at both the UA/NAU Double Dual and Wildcat Qualifier... a Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention choice.
1999 Indoor: Tabbed an NCAA provisional mark in the 3000m, running a 9:46.74 (9:35.77, altitude and track converted) at the MPSF Championship, finishing second... ran an altitude-adjusted 4:57.87 in the mile at the Double Dual... finished third in the mile at the Flagstaff Invitational (5:09.7).
1998 XC: Major contributor to ASU's first NCAA Championship team appearance... was ASU's second-best finisher in five of seven meets... notched top-20 finishes at the Pac-10 Championship (15th, 17:53) and NCAA Regional (20th, 17:44)... placed 134th at the NCAA Championship (18:32), third-best on squad... notched seventh-place finish at ASU Invitational (18:12)... shaved 1:10 off previous personal best... a WICCCA Academic All-American... Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection.
1998 Outdoor: Competed in the 800m (season-best 2:20.61), 1500m (4:38.96) and 3000m (10:24.33)... placed eighth (4:41.23) in preliminary heat of 1500m at Pac-10s.
1998 Indoor: Ran a season-best 5:06.46 (aa) in the mile.
1997 XC: Ran a season-best 18:54 at the Pac-10 Championship to finish 39th, second among Sun Devils... finished 53rd at regionals.
