ASU: Perhaps ASU's finest athlete and one of the top safeties in the nation...combines linebacker size and cornerback speed...a true team leader on and off the field...an excellent student-athlete, he earned first-team Pac-10 All-Academic honors in 2006 and was one of eight active Sun Devils to have earned his undergraduate degree prior to his senior season...had often times been clocked as the Sun Devils' fastest player, despite weighing over 230 pounds...earned the team's Defensive Most Valuable Player Award and honorable mention All-Pac-10 honors in 2006...was listed on ESPN's 2006 All-Mayday Team for his tough, relentless playing style and was regarded as the No. 5 senior safety in the nation by ESPN's Mel Kiper and the No. 5 defensive back in the Pac-10 Conference by Rivals.com entering 2007...was named to the 2007 Lott Trophy preseason watch list...was invited to play in the 2008 East-West Shrine game...was listed as one of only 13 defensive players nationwide among Rivals.com's 2007 "All-Reliable Team" for his consistency and dependability on and off the field... missed only two games over his final three seasons...appeared in 47 games with 27 starts, totaling 174 tackles (115 solo), 15.0 tackles-for-loss (-42 yards), 2.0 sacks (-11 yards), 17 pass breakups, six interceptions, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

2004: Played in 10 games, starting four...finished the season with 17 total tackles (12 solo stops)...recorded a season-high four tackles (two solo) and recovered a fumble in ASU's season opener against UTEP...made a season-best three solo tackles at Northwestern...started the last two games of the season...against Arizona, hauled in the first interception of his career, returning it for 23 yards, and added two solo tackles... tied his season high with four tackles (two solo) in the Sun Bowl, including 0.5 tackles for loss...also recovered a fumble in ASU's victory over the Boilermakers.

2003: Played in the first game of the season vs. Northern Arizona as a true freshman...injured his shoulder in that game and redshirted...earned the Glen Hawkins Scout Team Award for defense.
