Arizona State - 2006 Outdoor: Competed in four different distances... placed 32nd at the Pac-10 Championships in the 5,000m run... clocked a personal best 14:21.38 in the same event at Stanford... finished fifth in the 3,000m run at the Double Dual... 2006 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m run twice... finished second at the Arizona-California Challenge and 20th at the MPSF Championships... 2005 XC: Ran in six races... finished 193rd in his first national meet...42nd at the Pac-10 Championships and 50th at the regional race... took 27th at the Dave Murray Invitational, his first race with the Sun Devils... also was 71st at the Roy Griak and 189th at the Pre-National race... earned Honorable Mention Academic All-Pac-10... 2005 Track: Redshirted... 2004 XC: Redshirted.

Nebraska: Competed for two seasons at Nebraska prior to transferring to Arizona State... named the team's Most Improved Runner in cross country in 2003... was a Top 5 team finisher in every race in 2003.

High School: A 2002 graduate of Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix)... named the 2002 Arizona Track and Field Gatorade Athlete of the Year... earned six Class 2A state titles... set 2A records for the state meet in the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m runs while also running the anchor leg of the winning 4x800m relay in 2002 after taking crowns in 2001 in the 1,600m and 3,200m with a runner-up finish in the 800m... won the 2002 Great Southwest Classic 3,200m run... 3,000m runner-up at the 2002 Stanford Invitational.
