HIGH SCHOOL: A 2002 graduate of South Mountain High School in Phoenix…earned PrepStar All-America honors and was listed as the No. 6 linebacker in the West…named first-team All-Arizona by the Arizona Republic…was a member of the All-Informant team, selected annually by the Arizona Informant…also named to the Super All-State 2001 Team by Phoenix Metro Magazine…listed as the No. 15 player in the state by SuperPrep and a member of the SuperPrep Farwest Team…was named the Defensive Player of the Year at South Mountain…moved from rush end to linebacker as a senior…played six positions at South Mountain last year…collected 36 solo tackles, 42 assists, seven tackles for loss and 13 quarterback sacks while splitting time between inside linebacker and defensive line…coached by Cleveland Dansby…also lettered twice in basketball and three times in track..
