Arizona State: Picked up her second All-America honor as she anchored the 4x400m relay to a seventh-place finish in the outdoor meet...marks the second year in a row she has helped the 4x400m relay to national honors...ranks second in school history at 51.67 making her just the third Sun Devil woman to break the 52-second barrier... 2004 Outdoor: Ran the anchor leg of the 4x400m relay that finished seventh to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Championships...relay finished second at the Pac-10 meet before winning the event on a regional level...also helped the 4x100m relay win the regional race and place 12th at the national meet...won the 400m at the Double Dual and was second at both the Pac-10 and NCAA West events...added a seventh-place finish in the 200m dash at the conference meet...won the 200m at the ASU Invite (23.86)...joined Olympians DeeDee Trotter (Tennessee) and Monique Henderson (UCLA) to win the 4x400m relay gold medal at the 2004 NACAC-TELUS Under-23 Championships in Sherbrooke, Quebec...also competed in the US Olympic Team Trials, finishing 19th in the 400m dash... 2004 Indoor: Nearly captured All-America honors in the 4x400m relay, finishing ninth at the national meet...won the 400m at the Double Dual... 2003 Outdoor: Earned her first All-America honor as the 4x400m relay team finished fifth at the NCAA Championships...won the Pac-10 Championships in the 400m dash...finished fourth in the event at the regional meet and 14th at nationals...won her only 100m dash of the year at the Bill Sawyer Invite...excluding the NCAA meet, she finished in the Top 4 in all nine races run (one at 100m, two at 200m and six at 400m)...was the third leg of the 4x100m relay all season...team took runner-up honors at the conference meet before winning the regional title...placed 11th at the national meet...won the ASU Invite, Drake Relays and Double Dual as well...ran the lead leg of the 4x400m relay all season...team won the ASU Invite and Drake Relays...were second at the Pac-10 meet and fifth in the west region... 2003 Indoor: Competed in five individual races...was first at the Boise State Invite in the 200m dash...finished second at the NAU Invite in the open 400m...helped 4x400m relay to first place at the Mountain T Invite and Double Dual...also was runner-up at the Pac-10 Invite... 2002 Outdoor: Ran in the 100m, 200m and 400m events...finished third in the 100m at the Bill Sawyer and ASU Invites...ran a 12.00 (wind) at the Sawyer for the third-best mark on the team...competed in the 200m five time and was runner-up at the ASU Invite (24.38)...also third at the Bill Sawyer...ran the 400m three times, finishing second once and seventh twice...runner-up at the Double Dual with a season-best of 54.92... 2002 Indoor: Competed in the short sprints for the Sun Devils...also took fourth at the Double Dual...finished fifth in the 200m at the Double Dual...took 10th at the preliminaries of the MPSF meet with a 25.06, the fastest for the team.

High School: A 2001 graduate of Aqua Fria High School (Avondale, Ariz.)...earned four letters in track and two in volleyball...captained volleyball both years and track and field three times...four-time 4A state champion in the 200m (1998-'01) and two-time 4A state champion in the 100m (1999, '00)...West Valley News Female Athlete of the Year (2000)...earned first-team all-region honors in volleyball (2000).

Personal: Majoring in education and communication...parents are Michael and Gloria Tomlin...six siblings: Derrick Carter, Denise Tomlin, Mickey Johnson, Kevin Reed, Lena Tomlin and Andrea Tomlin...cousin Anthony Lever was a guard on the Univ. of Oregon basketball team...born Sept. 13, 1983, in Los Angeles...full name is Cassandra Quiana Reed.
