ASU: Walk-on junior college transfer who contributed heavily on special teams in this career...played in 24 games over the last two seasons and recorded 27 tackles (14 solo)...joined the team prior to the start of the 2006 season, and saw his first game action in 2007.

2008: Played in all 12 games as a reserve linebacker and on the kick coverage units on special teams...finished with 19 tackles (10 solo) on the season...was a semifinalist for the Draddy Trophy, the award known as the "Academic Heisman"...had two solo tackles in season-opening win over Northern Arizona on Aug. 30...collected two tackles at California on Oct. 4...posted four tackles at Oregon State on Nov. 1...had two tackles at Washington on Nov. 8...recorded a season-high five tackles (two solo) in win over UCLA on Nov. 28...won the Babe Alex Demon Special Teams Player of the Year Award and the Clyde B.
