High School: A 2003 graduate of Doherty High School in Colorado Springs, Colo....was a fourth-team Parade Magazine All-American in 2003 and a honorable-mention selection in 2002...was ranked as 17th in the nation by the All-Star Girls Report and 19th by All-Game Sports...earned all-state honors from the Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News in 2002 (first team) and 2003 (second team)...led her team to the state 5A quarterfinals in 2003, scoring a game-high 24 points in the quarterfinal game...three-time selection to the Colorado Springs Gazette's all-area team (2001-03)...helped her team to a 17-5 record as a senior...averaged 19.4 points, 8.0 rebounds and 4.1 steals per game in 2002-03...played for the West team at the 2003 L'adidas Roundball Classic at Georgia Tech in April...started the game and turned in 10 points, seven rebounds, three blocks and three steals in 24 minutes...was an adidas Top Ten Camp Underclassmen All-Star in 2001 and 2002...averaged 14.0 points and 7.2 rebounds as a junior...led her team to the 5A state championship game in both 2001 and 2002...2002 Street and Smith's honorable-mention All-American and USA Today Player to Watch...was a member of the USA Youth Development Festival West Team...also started for three years on the Mile Hi Magic AAU team for coach Carl Mattei...helped her AAU team to a fifth-place finish at the 2002 U.S. Junior Nationals...was coached by Stephanie Frish at Doherty HS.
