WICHITA, Kan. - The 21st-ranked Arizona State baseball team takes on Wichita State in Kansas for a pair of midweek non-conference games on Tuesday and Wednesday. First pitch is at 4:30 p.m. (PT) for both games.

Devils vs. Wichita State:
The Sun Devils are 13-7 all-time against Wichita State, with ASU winning the last meeting, 6-1, in Wichita on May 7, 2008. The Devils also won both games the last time the two teams played a two-game series in Kansas April 27-28, 2004.

Arizona State hosts No. 11 Oregon for a three-game series April 5-7 at Packard Stadium. Six freshmen have made a combined 30 starts, including 1B David Graybill (14), CF Johnny Sewald (7), INF Dalton DiNatale (4), DH RJ Ybarra (3), DH Tony DiMartino and SS Jordan Aboites. Seven freshmen have collected base hits and six have recorded RBI to account for nearly 13 percent of the team's offense (33 H, 12 R, 17 RBI). A quartet of freshmen pitchers have combined to make eight starts and throw 83.2 innings, or 38 percent of all innings this season.

RHP Ryan Burr, who has allowed three earned run in 19.2 innings, has recorded the team's only five saves this year. He moved into a tie for fifth on the school's all-time freshman saves list and is six behind the record. He has 26 strikeouts to go with five hits, including two doubles, and 12 walks.
